| 英文摘要 | 2010年是铁矿石定价体系的转折年。2010年3月30号，国际铁矿石供应商巴西淡水河谷和澳大利亚必和必拓两家公司通过与日、韩钢厂达成协议，终止每年定价一次的长期协议价格旧体系，双方同意采用与铁矿石现货市场挂钩的季度合约，这标志着已经沿用近30年的年度基准合约体系正式瓦解。实施了几十年的年度铁矿石价格谈判机制是建立在铁矿石供需双方长期合作，相互信任的基础上的，该机制是如何崩溃的？崩溃的原因是什么？而新的铁矿石定价机制带来的价格动荡对中国钢铁企业有何影响，中国钢铁企业又该采取什么措施来应对此改变？针对以上问题，本文首先回顾了铁矿石的定价机制历史，然后分析了铁矿石贸易中供需双方的产业格局，得出铁矿石...; 2010 is the turning point in iron ore pricing system.
