| 英文摘要 | 随着外贸行业的迅速发展和外贸体制改革的逐步深入，中小外贸企业在我过的对外贸易中起着越来越重要的作用。但资金缺乏问题已成为中小外贸企业业务发展的瓶颈，国际贸易融资对中小外贸企业的发展具有重要的现实意义，然而实际中中小外贸企业从银行取得贸易融资支持往往比较困难。本文介绍了国际贸易融资的理论知识，简要描述了国际贸易融资的发展简史，通过比较分析发达国家进出口贸易融资制度，讨论了国际贸易融资的风险种类，从而提出发展中小外贸企业贸易融资的有效方式，并进一步介绍中小外贸企业如何控制融资成本和进行贸易融资风险管理，最后提出了发展中小外贸企业贸易融资的有效方法。文章指出，国际贸易融资已经成为我国中小外贸企业获取...; Nowadays, with the reforming of our country’s foreign trade system, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have taken an important role in the foreign trade economy.
