| 英文摘要 | 物流金融作为一项新兴的增值业务，为第三方物流企业带来了新的利润增长点。然而，国内物流金融的业务体系并不成熟，缺乏合理商务模式的支撑，导致第三方物流企业的物流金融业务运作效率低，同时面临着操作风险和信用风险等问题。因此，合理的商务模式就成为第三方物流企业发展物流金融业务的关键所在。本文在介观商务模式理论的基础上，以商务模式价值分析框架为研究工具，对第三方物流企业物流金融业务的商务模式进行研究。 归纳物流金融研究的理论成果，同时结合国内外物流金融的实践背景，本文总结出第三方物流企业运作物流金融业务的主要方式是预付款融资、存货融资和订单融资以及保险代理。根据介观商务模式理论，构建商务模式的价值分析...; As a new value-added service, logistics finance brought new profit growth point to third-party logistics enterprises.
