英文摘要	两岸直航政策的开放，台湾居民勿须再经港澳中转前往大陆旅游，使得旅游时间经济成本降低，因此台湾游客前往大陆旅游有增加的趋势，由于此便捷有利的旅游方式，对台湾游客前往大陆旅游的诱因便会大增。由于直航造成旅游环境改变，并朝有利的方向发展，使得旅游消费者，由原有旅游方式，因时间及费用的缩减，而变成短天数的旅游，这种发展的趋势使得本文更值得去探讨研究。 本研究在聚类分析法的基础上，较为全面的从两岸直航旅游需求、对前往大陆旅游购买行为因素，从各个变量相互影响中探讨了聚类分析法在市场营销中，消费者行为的具体应用，分析各因素是否对购买意愿有影响，并从两岸直航的旅游需求与旅游者购买行为，相互影响的关系实证研究...; The policy of direct cross strait opening Taiwan tourists doesn’t transfer to the mainland via Hong Kong and Macao, The cost of travel time and fee reduction it is good to the mainland tourism trends this benefit tourism and convenient way of traveling to the mainland for Taiwan tourists to the substantial increase in the incentives.
