| 英文摘要 | 关于金融危机对公司投资的影响的研究，在西方学术界已经有了一些探索和成果。研究表明，金融危机爆发后，一方面，国际金融体系处于动荡之中，降低了银行承担风险的意愿和能力，“惜贷”行为加剧，这种外部融资环境的不利变化会对公司的投资行为产生影响；另一方面，宏观环境的突变使得未来经济形势变得不明朗、不乐观，市场需求状况和企业盈利能力都处于高度不确定的状态下。投资机会的不利变化也会对公司的投资行为产生影响。对美国市场的实证研究表明，在金融危机传导至实体经济的过程中，以上两方面的影响同时发挥着作用，但外部融资环境的恶化无疑有着更大的影响力。在我国，利用上市公司财务报表数据开展这方面的实证研究工作还处于刚刚起步...; The effects of the financial crisis on corporate investment have been explored at academic domains in western countries.
