| 英文摘要 | 2008年美国爆发次贷危机，引发金融风暴席卷全球。金融衍生品交易中带来的系统性风险再次引发了大家对权证市场发展制度的深思。目前中国的资本市场处在高速发展阶段，金融衍生市场发展潜力巨大，如何在时代面前捉住新兴发展的机遇，如何应对权证市场的高风险性与高杠杆性的挑战是目前学术界和实践界的一大难题。中国关于权证市场发展的研究大多处在基本特征与情况介绍，市场状况分析等阶段，有关的实证分析研究与案例分析研究仍然比较落后，无论是在研究内容还是研究方法上均需要进一步的完善。所以，急需对我国权证市场的发展历程与制度建设进行一个系统性的梳理与总结分析，同时还需要引入境外权证市场发展特征的比较分析，来为我国权证市场...; Abstract In 2008, an overwhelming financial crisis hit the world.
