| 英文摘要 | 摘要 近几年来，JC银行坚持规模、质量和效益统筹兼顾，在追求业务增长的同时按照监管的要求，强化内控管理，在防范风险方面做了大量实实在在的工作，也取得了一些成效。但由于JC银行正处于传统管控模式向构建全面风险管理体系的转型过程中，对银行的管理提出更高的要求。同时，从银监局提供的数据显示，今年前4个月全国银行业发生了26件百万元以上案件(一类案件)，其中有23件集中发生在银行的传统业务如存贷款环节、现金和结算环节，占全部百万元以上案件数量的88%，因此，作为一家高速发展中的银行，不能不在柜面业务操作风险方面引进高度重视。 本文在己有研究成果的基础上，采用理论和实践相结合的方法，从阐述商业银行柜...; Abstract In recent years, CCB bank ,has adhered to the scale,quality ,and profit, pursuit of the business growth ,strentgthened the internanl control management in the guide of administrative authorities.
