| 英文摘要 | 住房价格是房地产行业的关键问题，也是工业化、城镇化推进过程中出现的社会问题。价格机制在住房保障体系中发挥重要作用，保障性住房定价方式是否合理，价格是否适宜，直接关系到住房保障政策目标的有效实现，影响到经济社会的稳定发展。本文以保障性住房定价方式为研究主题，通过对价格规制等相关理论的回顾，结合我国住房保障体系建设的客观环境和制约因素，运用归纳演绎、实例分析和模拟案例分析等方法，对保障房价格的规制、制约因素和形成机制展开研究。通过对各种保障性住房定价方法、模式进行总结归纳和分析研究，提出与经济社会发展和保障群体收入相适应的的定价思路，为解决保障性住房价格问题提供参考，探求建立合理有效的保障性住房价...; Price is a key point of china’s housing system.
