| 英文摘要 | 改革开放以来，我国经社会经济发展迅速，城镇化水平得到显著提高，同时人口老年化程度也在不断加深，以这两方面为主要影响因素的心血管疾病悄然兴起，中国已摆脱以传染性疾病为特征的经济不甚发达的时代，正在步入以心血管疾病为特征的时期。 而政府和民众都还没有为这一改变做好准备，心血管疾病的医疗资源依然缺乏，而且过度集中，患者的这一需求无法得到满足。在这一状况下，政府出台了公立医院改革和鼓励资本进入医疗行业的政策。 在上述背景下，本文对拟进入医疗行业的B心血管病医院及康复保健项目进行了可行性研究。对项目行业背景、市场容量、项目选址、竞争对手进行了分析，并运用SWOT分析工具对项目内外部因素进行进一步分析...; With the rapid development of the people,s republic of china, urbanization and aging of population are interweaving with the country.
