| 英文摘要 | 商业银行引入战略投资者是我国银行业改革的重要措施。根据对WTO的承诺，2006年底我国对外资开放金融行业。银行作为金融行业的核心在当时有非常多的问题，从制度上讲有出资人问题、人事制度问题和激励约束制度的问题、风险管理问题等等，从具体业务上看，居高不下的不良贷款及呆账坏账，风险管理不到位，资本充足率以及核心资本充足率不能达到要求等等。面对问题多多的国内商业银行，如何在面对国际级大银行的竞争中取胜，甚至于如何在残酷的环境中生存下来，就成了我国商业银行所面临的巨大考验。 2004年深发展A引入了美国新桥投资集团，出让了17.89%的股权，到2006年，我国商业银行全面引入境外战略投资者。前后几年的...; Introducing strategic investors to commercial banks is an important measure of China's banking reformation.
