| 英文摘要 | 目前，我国正处于经济转型期，对改革成本的支付和为满足推动经济发展产生的巨大资金需求，使得社会对政府公共融资的需求进一步加强。政府融资一方面极大程度缓解了地方政府的资金压力，促进了地方经济的快速发展，为商业银行带来了巨大的利润收入；另一方面，政府投资项目较强的公益性及扩张性，在一定程度上造成了宏观经济过热、地方政府财力提前透支，给地方政府未来财政及商业银行信贷资产的安全带来了隐患。 本文通过对我国政府融资平台产生的背景、发展历程及融资现状的描述，着力分析我国政府融资平台企业在融资过程中暴露出来的公司治理缺失、资金管理运作不健全、高额负债、还款严重依赖财政、可持续发展潜力不足由此对商业银行信贷资...; In recent years, our country has beening in the period of ongoing transition to the market economy.
