| 英文摘要 | 随着中国经济的高速发展，国家电网公司作为关系国家民生的重要能源企业集团，其规模也不断扩大，2010年国家电网在世界五百强企业中排在第八位。面对如此大型的企业集团，如何进行更加有效的财务管理模式是摆在国家电网企业面前的重要课题。通过学习世界先进企业集团的管理经验并结合电网企业自身的特点，国家电网也采用代表现代企业集团管理发展方向的财务集约化管理体系。 本文通过运用财务集约化管理的理论基础，论述了国家电网财务管理“六统一”（统一会计政策、统一会计科目、统一信息标准、统一成本标准、统一业务流程、统一组织体系）、“五集中”（会计集中核算、资金集中管理、资本集中运作、预算集约调控、风险在线监控）的集约...; With Chinese rapid economic development, State Grid Corporation of China as important energy industry group of people's livelihood, its scale is expanding constantly, in the world five hundred strong enterprises in 2010 State Grid Corporation of China ranked eighth.
