| 英文摘要 | 企业融资是企业财务管理中的一个重要组成部分，不同的融资方式形成不同的融资结构。企业的融资方式不仅影响到企业的长远发展，也会影响资本市场的健康发展。由于我国是发展中国家，资本市场仍不发达，我国上市公司融资结构的突出特点就是偏好股权融资，而内源融资和债务融资的比重偏低，这必然使得我国上市公司的融资行为与西方发达国家不一致，有悖于资本结构理论。此外，我国关于融资偏好的研究大部分在股权分置改革之前，前人无法对股权分置改革之后这样一个独特的历史阶段中影响企业融资行为的因素变化进行后续调查。随着我国股权分置改革逐步完成，股票市场在国民经济中占据着越来越重要的地位。因此研究改革之后的上市公司融资行为，发现其...; Financing is an important component in the financial administration of corporations, and different financing ways form different financing structures.
