| 英文摘要 | 摘要 度假旅游是21世纪全球旅游业的发展趋势之一。国外的度假村业已相当发达，度假村的开发发展也比较成熟。而在我国，旅游度假村的发展却只有短短的几十年历史。虽然近些年发展速度较快，但在开发与发展过程中还存在很多问题。以现代西方成熟的旅游度假村标准来衡量，开发成功并具一定规模的项目不多，除了客源市场的不成熟或定位不准之外，重要原因之一是对国内外旅游度假村发展演化规律及其动力因素缺乏应有的认识。 为了充实这一研究领域，作者在参考大量国内外相关领域的文献资料的基础上，运用旅游学、系统学、经济学的理论和方法，提出了旅游度假村发展核心驱动力研究，界定了旅游度假村发展核心驱动力的内涵，构建了旅游度假村发...; Abstract Holiday travel is one of the development trends of global tourism in the 21st century.
