| 英文摘要 | 20世纪90年代以来，企业集团化发展趋势不断加强。集团化发展使得企业的规模和经营范围不断扩大，内部业务流程日趋复杂，管理控制难度加大，在企业经营中被长期忽视的财务、人力资源、IT等后台职能部门的服务成本和服务质量越来越受到重视。财务共享服务作为一种创新财务管理模式已经被国外众多企业集团所采用，并证实在降低成本、提高效率、提升客户满意度等方面效益显著。我国导入财务共享服务的时间较短，目前仅有少数企业在使用，但鉴于这种模式在优化财务管理、促进财务转型方面对我国企业的重要意义，故本文选择以财务共享服务模式在我国的应用作为研究对象。 本文在研读国内外相关专著和论文的基础上，系统研究了财务共享服务模式...; Since the 90s of the 20th century, the development of enterprise collectivize has been accelerating.
