| 英文摘要 | 自19世纪末以来,以美国为代表的西方国家,已经出现了五次较大规模的企业并购浪潮,而且自20世纪90年代以来的第五次并购浪潮仍在持续不断的高涨之中。民航业也正在这第五次并购浪潮中，通过联合重组、扩大规模、加强整体实力，应对激烈竞争。本文以中国民航发展史上的一场典型的并购案——东航股权争夺战为背景，分析了此次并购中各方并购动机以及在影响并购进程的各种因素，试图揭示整个民航业的并购动因，并探讨影响成功并购的重要因素。 文章共分为五章。第一章是引言，简要介绍文章的研究背景、研究意义及结构安排。第二章是并购理论与相关文献综述，主要是对企业并购的概念、形式及其一般动因进行综述。第三章是案例介绍，主要描述...; Since late 19th century, there have been five times larger wave of corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
