| 英文摘要 | 我国民营企业在蓬勃发展的同时也面临融资渠道无法满足发展需要的问题，为摆脱国内的融资约束我国民企将目光投向了境外资本市场。德意志证券交易所位于欧元区金融中心德国法兰克福，是欧元区内最大的上市平台，自2007年7月以来已有10家我国民营企业在德交所高级市场上市。对我国民企赴德国上市的效果进行深入研究对于拟赴德国上市融资的民营企业具有重要意义，有助于这些民企结合自身实际制定出符合企业战略、科学可行的融资方案。 本文第一章介绍研究的背景、意义，思路、方法和内容并界定相关概念。第二章系统性地回顾和归纳国内外关于境外上市和德国上市已有的研究成果。第三章结合IPO效应理论、境外上市效应假说、异常融资优序理...; While developing robustly, China’s private enterprises are also facing the problem of financing channels unable to meet development needs.
