| 英文摘要 | 市场需求和竞争环境的变化对企业生产系统提出了更高的要求，技术的进步为生产企业实现更有效的生产方式提供了可能。进入20世纪年代以来，人们对制造控制的认识已经从一些琐碎的生产管理工作变为健全而有效地计划与控制系统，许多企业采用了基于MRPII的制造控制系统。此系统由预测计划、生产计划、材料需求计划、资源需求计划、粗能力计划等计划子系统构成。本论文主要针对生产计划子系统，以企业专题的形式进行分析与研究，提出了生产计划的新方法，这一方法有效地缓解了企业为达到最好的客户服务、最小的库存投资和高效率的生产作业三个目标所表现出来的矛盾。; It requires the more suitable production system for the variance of sales demand and competition environment.
