| 英文摘要 | 伴随着我国银行业彻底开放大限的临近，包括大型国有银行在内的各类商业银行纷纷掀起了引进境外战略投资者的新高潮。可以说，围绕着股权结构的调整，中国银行业正在经历着一次历史性的变革，与此同时，一场关于国内银行引进境外战略投资者的是与非、得与失的讨论也逐步在社会各界形成，成为各方关注的焦点，也影响着未来引进境外战略投资者的选择。 本文从现有国内各银行引进境外战略投资者的实践出发，分析国内商业银行引进境外战略投资者的动机、对国内银行产生的实际效应，深入探讨银行产权“贱卖论”和金融安全“威胁论”这两个社会上争执的焦点，并提出今后引进境外战略投资者的政策建议。本文共分四章，第一章分析国内商业银行引进境外战...; With the approaching deadline to completely open up China's banking industry, various commercial banks including large state-owned banks have set off a new upsurge to introduce foreign strategic investors.
