| 英文摘要 | 现代企业理论认为企业从事经济活动的目的是追求企业价值最大化，根据科斯（Coase）从交易成本概念得出的定义，企业的组织安排对配置的效率的意义十分重大，企业规模是交易成本和行政管理费用均衡的结果。当企业某一产品在某些产量范围内平均成本是下降的话，就认为存在着规模经济，长期平均成本曲线便是规模曲线，长期平均成本曲线上的最低点就是“最小最佳规模”。电信运营企业受固定成本占企业总成本比重高的因素影响，规模经济效应十分显著。本文正是在这一理论背景下，对目前中国电信运营市场在语音通信产品方面形成竞争关系的六家电信运营商实力情况进行了研究分析。本文首先简述了电信企业规模经济性特点，对目前六家运营商经营规模情...; The modern enterprise theory thought the goal to engaged in the economic activity is to pursues the enterprise value maximization.
