| 英文摘要 | 新生代农民工是我国产业工人的重要组成部分和有生力量。加强新生代农民工对工会所提供服务的需求研究以及评价研究，对于中国工会有着极为重要的现实意义。本文基于消费者行为理论、顾客满意度理论以及市场营销理论，结合工人运动的基本观点，提出新生代农民工对工会组织需求以及对工会组织履职评价的行为模型。基于该行为模型，以福州市制造业新生代农民工为样本，采用问卷调查和定量分析等研究方法，实证分析新生代农民工对工会需求及评价。 主要实证结论：一是新生代农民工普遍知晓工会组织；并会选择工会组织作为其诉求表达、寻求帮助和解决困难的渠道。二是新生代农民工对工会所提供服务有较为强烈的需求；基于人口统计变量以及在城市工作...; The new generation rural migrant workers is an important part and the vital forces of China's industrial workers.
