| 英文摘要 | 业绩评价作为企业管理的重要组成部份，它通过将企业实际的经营业绩与企业战略目标及预先确定的标准进行对比，判断企业经营绩效的好坏及战略目标实施的进程，为对管理团队进行激励奖惩提供依据，从而保障企业战略目标的实现，最终使企业价值最大化。目前我国企业业绩评价体系还存在一些问题，包括：业绩评价缺乏系统性；指标体系的建立缺乏科学的方法，指标的选择不够系统和严谨；评价标准设置不够合理，通常只是和自身历史数据或者预算比较，很难真实、公正、客观的评价企业实际取得的经营绩效；业绩评价和企业创造的价值之间没有必然的联系等。这都要求我们进一步加强对业绩评价的研究。此外，按照国资委的要求，从2010年第三任期考核起，中...; Performance measurement is an important part of business administration.
