| 英文摘要 | 虽然2008年的全球经济危机给全世界的经济带来的冲击重大，但是它也为全球经济和产业的重新洗牌创造了机会。Christensen（2009）认为，“经济衰退是创新的好时机。”中国的制造业在本次危机中无一例外地遭受了沉重的打击，如大量的企业倒闭，致使大批工人失业返乡。但一个同样值得关注的问题就是，很多山寨手机企业却在危机中存活下来，它们吸收了大量的劳动力，创造了众多的就业机会。这主要是归功于这些电子制造行业能够在成熟的产业链条中通过技术模块化的平台实现分裂式的创新。技术体制（technologicalregime）对一个行业的技术经济特征和创新的学习过程进行了一个整体描述（MalerbaandOr...; While the global financial crisis in 2008 has brought about continuous great impacts on the world economy, it offers the whole world entities a chance to reposition themselves as well.
