| 英文摘要 | 新产品开发对企业成长至关重要，通常情况下，很多企业试图在激进式创新产品开发与渐进式创新产品开发之间寻求对自身最适的产品组合。而相对于独立产品开发，新产品开发纵向联盟在运作管理、资源基础以及风险控制方面都显示出一定的优势。另外，模仿威胁的普遍存在，一定程度上改变了新产品开发纵向联盟适用的协调机制。鉴于这些，本文在模仿威胁背景下研究激进式与渐进式创新产品开发纵向联盟的协调机制，以期充分发挥产品开发纵向联盟的优势，提高产品开发成功率，保持新产品开发带来的竞争优势。针对激进式创新产品开发，建立收入分享契约以及基于成本分担的混合收入分享契约模型；针对渐进式创新产品开发，建立了批发价格契约以及基于产品研发...; New Products Development (NPD) is very important for companies.
