英文摘要	由信息系统外包概念衍生而来的应用软件服务提供商（ASP）的经营模式，为信息系统外包、应用软件开发开启了新的概念，使企业以较低的成本实现信息化，很符合经济效率的要求。而互联网的快速发展也为ASP的发展提供了基础保障。跟欧美、港台相比，中国大陆的ASP发展相对比较落后。国内ASP一般都会向客户提供多种功能不同的软件，从较为基本的域名注册、电子邮件到客户关系管理、网上交易系统。分析单一业务，为客户提供域名注册/主机托管/网站建设这些服务的公司比例最高。本研究先介绍ASP的概念包括ASP的定义、跟信息系统外包的比较、形成背景及类别、发展状况，以及介观商务模式的一般概念，接着从核心界面要素即客户界面要素...; ASP services, derived from the concept of outsourcing, have caused the evolution of IT outsourcing and application development.
