| 英文摘要 | 随着信息技术的逐步成熟和发展，电子商务越来越多的走进企业和消费者的生活。比较如今电子商务的发展模式，不难发现B2C领域的竞争已经进入了白热化阶段。电商冬天的理论抛出后，各大B2C平台竞相展开大规模促销，然而在B2C领域真正的竞争却是在供应链管理的环节上。相比于C2C模式的电子商务，B2C模式更加追求服务的标准化，也强调用户体验，因此在物流供应链环节就对电子商务企业提出了更高的要求；另一方面，相对B2B模式的电子商务，B2C模式又具有了更大不确定性，终端用户众多、分散广泛都成为制约B2C供应链管理标准化的瓶颈。在这样的竞争环境下以C2C业务起家的A集团旗下M公司决定着手自建物流体系以为消费者提供...; With the development and maturity of information technology, e-Commerce becomes more and more popular among enterprises and consumers.
