| 英文摘要 | 摘要 中小企业为了进入全球供应链，建立组织间信任（IOT）至关重要。在供应链模型中，很多学者都探讨过组织间信任与供应链运营绩效（SCOP）间的关系，但均缺乏实证检验。本文以资源基础理论和理性行为理论为基础，在全面分析影响组织间信任的因素和供应链运营绩效的构面基础上，建立了影响因素与绩效构面间的一组假设，并通过实证进行了检查。影响组织间信任的因素包括：守信、能力、公平和信息交换，这些因素可视为一种企业的资源，有效管理它们将提高企业绩效和增加潜在的商业机会；供应链运营绩效构面包括：成本节约、交付能力、质量、柔性、市场需求和新产品引进。 问卷调查分别在中国的中小企业和泰国公司中进行，应用结构方程...; Inter-organizational trust (IOT) plays as a key role in linking small and medium enterprises (SMEs) increasingly into global supply chain.
