| 英文摘要 | 20世纪80年代以来，随着经济全球化、跨国经营以及信息技术的迅速发展，企业内部的管理模式不断发生变化。随着企业间竞争日益激烈，企业集团中被重复设置的财务、人力等业务支持部门的成本和服务越来越受到重视。1980年以后国外一些大型的跨国公司借助企业ERP系统，将财务业务整合到财务共享服务中心，实现财务服务的标准化、集中化和流程化，同时引入绩效考核制度以达到成本降低、提高服务质量的目标。这一财务共享服务模式逐渐被大型企业集团所普遍采用，并且在成本降低、效益提升方面起到了显著的效果。我国企业于21世纪初引入了财务共享服务模式，目前已经有少数大型企业集团正在逐步建设和使用。 本文首先在研读国内外文献和...; Along with the rapid development of economy and technology from 1980’s, managing modes from enterprises inside are changing all the time.
