| 英文摘要 | 当代组织面临的挑战导致他们重新聚焦在变化的管理控制系统和领导风格的匹配效率上，并且基于此来探索灵活的领导方式，设计和优化管理控制模式，据以改善绩效。近几年，一些国内外学者也对管理控制系统和领导风格之间的关系进行了探索，但是他们大多基于稳定不变的管理控制系统来研究二者的关系，忽视了在动态情境下的管理控制系统和领导风格的匹配效率。本论文研究的主要问题是，在动态复杂情境下，管理控制系统如何实现稳定平衡，管理控制系统又如何与作为系统变化引发者的领导人的领导风格相匹配，继而提高员工工作绩效。 本文通过实验研究等方法，探讨了三个基本问题：在动态复杂的情境下，管理控制系统如何在某一段时期内实现稳定均衡?在...; Some scholars at home and abroad also had explored the relationship between MCS and leadership style in recent years.
