| 英文摘要 | CZG园艺开发公司（以下简称“CZG”或“公司”、“本公司”）是一家民营园林景观工程设计及施工企业。本文在介绍、探讨国内外战略管理理论的基础上，结合CZG实际情况，对其竞争战略进行了深入分析研究。 论文首先进行了产业外部环境分析，认为CZG正面临着国家提高绿化率比重、严格的行业资质管理、行业高速增长等诸多机遇；同时也存在国家宏观调控房地产投资、技术壁垒、劳力成本上升等不少威胁。接着分析园林工程行业的成功关键要素为质量控制体系建设能力、成控能力、开发市场能力、项目管理及技术能力、人力资源管理能力。 其次，对CZG内部环境及核心能力进行了分析，其核心能力主要表现为项目管理及技术能力，劣势表现在...; CZG Horticulture Development Co.
