| 英文摘要 | 股利是公司股东按照持股比例从公司分得的利润。公司的股利以现金股利、股票股利、股票回购等方式进行支付。股利的分配从一定程度上来说可以影响上市公司的形象，而且是广大投资者预测公司未来发展前景的一个重要指标。对于公司来说，较好的股利分配政策能够有效地传递有关公司经营的信息，能够通过股利分配政策吸引更多的投资者。一个公司的股利分配政策受到众多因素的影响，本文从理论研究和实证研究两方面对通讯行业的股利分配政策进行研究。伴随着中国3G网络的成功运作，基于向4G网络建设过渡这一特殊时期，从通讯行业的角度来分析股利分配的政策显得具有重要的意义。 本人首先对国内外已有的关于股利研究的文献进行了阅读，并且进行了...; Dividend is the profit the shareholders get from a company in accordance with their shareholding proportion.
