| 英文摘要 | 截至2012年底，我国信托业超越保险业，成为仅次于银行的第二大金融部门，发展速度非常快，而我国旅游行业方面，旅游人数和旅游收入迅猛增长，旅游投入也随之逐年增加，而旅游业资金缺口也随之巨大增大。在这种情况下，我国旅游业信托产品应运而生。论文从信托为我国金融行业带来的创新与贡献、以及我国房地产行业与信托结合后所产生的效益入手，探索信托与旅游业结合从而达到双赢局面的可能性。论文采用了理论与实际相结合的研究方法，在理论层面，详细论述了信托产品的相关理论，糅合了金融行业、旅游行业和房地产行业的相关知识；在实践层面，在理论分析的基础上，结合案例的背景资料和自己丰富的从业经验尝试设计一符合旅游地产特征的信托...; By the end of 2012, China's trust industry has surpassed the insurance industry to become second financial sector, only second to the bank, with a fast developments speed.
