英文摘要	本文以近几年中国资本市场频繁发生IPO破发现象为研究背景，试图去理论分析和实证检验IPO破发的度量方法、形成机理和经济影响。这将不但有助于IPO参与各方加深对IPO破发现象的科学认识，使其正确地归位尽责、理性地参与IPO，而且将拓展和丰富学界关于IPO的研究。 在度量方法上，提出从定性和定量两个方面进行规范研究，主张用上市首日收盘价低于发行价来定性界定IPO是否破发以及IPO抑价程度的相反数来定量度量IPO破发程度。在形成机理上，根据研究发现上市公司的内外因素通过各自的作用机制影响IPO破发，尤其是新股发行制度市场化是IPO破发的重要原因，IPO破发在很大程度是由于新股发行制度市场化改革优化...; This paper, based on the background of IPO overpricing taking place in the China's capital market in recent years, attempts to study IPO overpricing theoretically and empirically from measurement method, formation mechanism and economic impact.
