| 英文摘要 | 我国的通信运营商均为中央直属的大型集团公司。通信行业近20多年来，在经历了政企分开、多次通信行业重组分营的巨变后，形成了目前移动、电信、联通三强鼎立的行业格局。随着全球信息化浪潮和互联网行业的快速发展，三家运营商企业业务规模快速扩张，形成了全业务竞争的局面。通信企业内部传统的财务管理工作，由于内部管理链条过长，导致各级企业的财务工作缺乏有效监管，规范性有所欠缺，信息质量无法保证，信息管理成本较高。传统财务工作偏向核算，财务管理工作的转型以及对企业战略的支撑等都遇到了瓶颈。在上述背景下，通信企业逐步开展了财务共享服务建设。 文章首先阐述了共享服务、财务共享服务的基本原理，分析了财务共享服务在我...; Telecommunication Enterprise were large central-owned enterprises in China.
