| 英文摘要 | 竞争激烈的市场经济环境在孕育着发展机遇的同时，也带来了更多的风险和挑战。财务危机预警的研究在国内外受到了广泛的关注，企业陷入财务危机不但给企业带来了巨大的损失，导致企业破产，其连锁反应甚至会影响到整个金融体系，直至影响整个资本市场的稳健运行。因此，建立财务危机预警模型，不但具有较高的学术价值，而且有着巨大的社会应用价值。本文首先主要介绍了国内外财务危机预警理论和方法的研究成果及现状，对具有代表性的财务危机预警模型进行了评述，并指出了现有财务危机预警模型的不足之处和后续展望。然后，考虑到数据的公开性和易得性，本文将危机上市公司作为研究对象，在大量文献资料的基础上，结合我国证券市场的特点，把危机界...; Competitive market economy is breeding development opportunities, while it also brings more risks and challenges.
