| 英文摘要 | 上世纪90年代以来，我国凭借劳动力成本优势，承接了大量的国际生产外包业务。尤其，2000年后出口型企业得于发展壮大，成就了我国世界工厂的地位。2006年后，劳动力和原材料成本上升、人民币的升值等多重因素挤压出口企业经营利润。迫于经营成本压力，为提升企业经营效率和核心竞争力，很多企业采用生产外包，专注于其擅长领域，寻求提升供应链管理水平。 本文研究主体为A鞋业出口公司，基于供应链战略协同角度，深入研究A公司生产外包环节。根据A鞋业公司基于战略协同下在生产外包上所存在的问题，从供应链结构要素及特征、供应链各利益相关方、供应链战略协同动因、供应链协同机制四个角度，深入分析了A公司战略协同下生产外包...; Starting from 1990’s, with the advantage of low labor cost, international manufacturing outsourcing in China developed quickly, and in 2000, booming of export-oriented enterprises propelled China to be a “World factory”.
