| 英文摘要 | 2004年以来，“德隆系”、“金信系”等大型产融结合企业集团的相继崩塌，对中国的金融体系的稳定和安全造成了较大影响，也引起了理论界与实务界对产融结合收益与风险的争论。从国际经验来看，1929-1933年经济危机后美国立法对金融业混业经营、金融机构与工商企业之间相互持股、投资的限制，以及2008年金融危机后产业企业由金融领域向主业的回归，都显示了产融结合的巨大风险。目前，我国产业企业产融结合进入一个高速扩张期。这些企业产融结合的结果不仅关乎企业的命运，更会影响到我国金融体系的稳定与经济的健康运行。从这个意义上来讲，研究产融结合对企业发展究竟有何影响具有重要的现实意义。 我国的经济环境与制度与发...; The collapse of Delong firm series in 2004 has caused great controversies over the integration of financial capital and industrial capital.
