| 英文摘要 | H烟草集团公司是一家大规模的烟草制品生产企业（卷烟、烟丝、复烤烟叶的生产制造），近年来，烟草行业改革发展迅速，企业经营规模不断扩大，管理半径明显加大，管理难度逐渐增加；资金流量不断增大，积累的资金明显增加，资金风险愈加突出。按国家烟草专卖局要求，要通过资金监管系统将企业资金纳入国家烟草专卖局监管，规范使用资金，保证资金安全。 H集团公司对上级公司的资金监管系统进行了分析，认为该系统简单粗糙，强调的主要是行政干预，且系统单独运行，反而加大了企业的工作量。因此结合单位实际情况，决定采用系统集成的方式，依托全面预算管理平台（以下简称BPC平台）和主数据管理平台（以下简称MDM平台），将自动办公系统...; H Tobacco Group Corporation is a large-scaled manufacturing enterprise of tobacco products which produces cigarettes, cut tobacco and redried leaf tobacco.
