英文摘要	企业社会责任是近年来提到频率较高的词语。由于企业在其发展过程中，占据和使用了大量的社会和环境资源，因此，在社会、经济以及环境问题面前，企业不可避免的成为众矢之的,社会各方面对企业社会责任提出了越来越高的要求。然而，企业在履行社会责任时，经常会遇到投资与经济收益不能兼顾的尴尬局面。而更为糟糕的是，企业承担的社会责任越多，其受到的对于社会问题的批评也就越多。迫于舆论和利益相关者压力而履行的社会责任，由于缺乏激励机制，很难长久坚持。经济利益和社会利益的矛盾冲突使得企业进退两难，这种情况若不及时解决，对社会未来的发展也极为不利。 战略性企业社会责任（SCSR）为传统的企业社会责任不能实现经济效益和社...; In recent years, Corportation Social Responsibility take much attention.
