| 英文摘要 | 美国次贷危机引发的全球金融海啸使中国的进出口贸易受到严重创伤，也让中国的石材产业提前结束了外贸出口的黄金十年。越来越多的石材出口企业认识到，在新的竞争环境下，企业要生存和发展，必须改变传统的粗放式经营，切实关注企业内部的流程管理，选择关键性的业务流程进行优化和改进，以此适应外部环境和客户需求的变化，提高企业的竞争优势。论文重点运用流程优化的管理理论，通过对A进出口贸易公司内外部环境的分析思考，以及出口业务流程的全面梳理，找出出口业务流程中存在的主要问题和问题产生的主要原因，针对性地提出出口业务流程优化的具体方案，并对流程优化实施过程中的关键点和实施效果进行必要分析。经研究发现，传统的由外贸业务...; The global financial tsunami triggered by U.S sub-prime crisis has brought a severe blow to China’s international trade and also ended up the 10 year golden age for the exportation of Chinese stone industry.
