| 英文摘要 | 2009年6月，国家为了促进家电回收行业的发展，让更多的废旧家电能通过正规渠道进行回收和无害化处理，同时也为了刺激国内家电需求，扶持和发展我国的家电行业，实行了家电以旧换新活动。该活动的顺利实施不仅使得我国的家电行业得到快速的发展，更具有经济、社会和环境保护的三重意义。 本文在借鉴国内外已有研究的基础上，对以旧换新的内涵和政策进行解读，分析了其不足之处；归纳和总结了废旧家电的特征；探讨了废旧家电回收与循环经济理论的关系。之后，依据在传统条件下废旧家电的3种回收模型，构建了以旧换新补贴策略下，废旧家电的回收模型。通过分析不同主体实施以旧换新策略所求得的最优解，在制造商利润最大化的前提下，得出两...; Government has introduced the old-for-new policy to home appliance in order to promote the development of home appliance recycling industry, to stimulate the domestic demand for home appliances, and to supports and develops our country home appliance industry in June of 2009.
