| 英文摘要 | 随着全社会电子化与互联网程度的快速提高，支付业务的发展环境及业务模式发生了很大变化。以支付宝、银联商务为代表的第三方支付机构，推出了许多有别于传统的现金支付、刷卡支付或是票据支付等形式的新现代支付手段，如网上快捷支付、手机支付等等，在网络购物以及商户收单领域占据了很大的市场份额。商业银行由原来在支付领域的“一枝独秀”，逐步与其他支付机构等形成竞争,未来可能成为群雄割据的局面。 本文运用金融创新理论、SWOT分析模型及4C理论，以建设银行为研究对象，首先系统回顾了我国现代支付业务的发展历程，对四类典型的现代支付业务表现形式——网络支付、移动支付、OTO支付以及IC卡支付进行梳理，并探讨了现代支...; With the rapid expansion of internet, the great changes have taken place in market environments and business model of payment transactions.
