| 英文摘要 | 我国融资性担保公司业务的发展有效缓解了中小企业融资难的问题，但是同时也面临着巨大的风险。如何应对来自内外部的风险，除了采取风险控制的一般方法外，还需要政府从宏观层面建立风险分担体系和行政保障体制，也需要担保公司自身加强风险预警管理，将风险管理前移。 论文的第一章阐述本文的选题背景、研究意义和研究对象、研究方法，然后介绍本文的研究思路、本文框架以及创新点。 第二章主要介绍国内国外担保行业的发展历程。国外担保行业历经百年历史，目前基本上已经形成了比较成熟的发展模式。我国融资性担保行业从起步、试点、政策助推到稳步实施，目前已经进入快速发展阶段。 第三章主要阐述融资性担保公司风险类型及定义，融资...; China’s financial guarantee companies, effectively relieve the problem of hard financing of small-and-medium-sized enterprises, but also face immense risk.
