| 英文摘要 | 随着计算机、通信技术的迅猛发展和互联网的广泛普及，数字化、信息化在人们生活中的渗透率越来越高。政府作为公共管理与社会服务的实施者，也面临新的课题与挑战。在电子政务环境下，传统的政府机制正发生着根本性的转变，包括政府组织结构、信息管理、决策方式及工作流程等，同时也在优化行政效率，拉近与公众的距离。这既是一种必然趋势，又是政府创新所追求的目标。 本文针对电子政务系统建设的特点，研究政府电子政务的需求，结合云计算技术基于互联网相关服务能力的增加、使用和交付模式，提供动态易扩展的云服务应用。以浙江省工商局电子政务应用为例，研究应用“云服务”解决电子政务建设中问题；在技术层面研究电子政务“云服务”的整...; With the rapid development of computers and communication technology and the widespread popularity of Internet , digitization and information technology penetrated into people's lives more and more .
