| 英文摘要 | 在我国经济和社会发展过程中，中小企业起着不容忽视的作用，但是融资困难一直是其生存和发展的主要制约问题。如何解决中小企业融资困难的问题？针对中小企业融资难问题的研究，我国目前还主要集中在建立面向中小企业的中小型金融机构、发展金融支持体系、加快信用担保体系建设等方面。就我国目前金融市场的发展状况而言，要想通过以上这几种途径来解决中小企业融资难题还需要较长一段时间才能实现。本文首先通过对中小企业及中小企业融资策略进行大量的资料收集、整理、调研及分析后，利用各种工具和方法，对中小企业融资难的问题进行研究，进而提出以供应链为视角，将中小企业在供应链环境下的流动资金缺口划分为预付账款、存货资金占押、应收账...; SMEs play an important part in the economic and social development in our country while financing difficulties have always been an obstacle to their existence and development.
