| 英文摘要 | 国内关于社会工作介入老年退休家庭婚姻问题的研究，多数关注的是离婚后相关问题的处理、以及再婚后家庭关系的协调。对于婚姻危机阶段问题的介入和研究还不是很多。本研究旨在探索应用西方结构式家庭治疗，帮助一对退休的老年夫妻理性对待婚姻关系，妥善处理退休后产生的婚姻家庭问题，维持和谐的家庭关系。 结构式家庭治疗着眼于改善家庭结构，通过“加入”、“活现”等技巧和方法，改变原有的维持问题的家庭互动模式，化解矛盾并改善家庭成员关系，实现家庭结构的优化、促进家庭成员和整个家庭系统的成长。参照一般结构式家庭治疗模式的基本过程，本个案的介入过程和研究分为四个阶段进行：拓展目前的主诉；探索维持问题的互动；结构化地集中...; Most of the domestic research about social work interventions to marriage in elderly retired family,pay attention to the relationship issues after divorce or the coordination of remarried family relationships.
