| 英文摘要 | 中职院校的厌学行为已经是一种普遍现象，许多研究中的数据均反映出中职院校学生厌学比率超过半数以上。中职院校的学生如若长期处于厌学状态不仅会使得学生在中职院校的几年学习时间白白荒废，同时由于吵课、旷课等行为的累积导致其被中职院校退学从而被迫进入社会，根据上述情况，对学生的厌学行为展开服务迫在眉睫。 笔者通过对福建省泉州市P中职院校的学生及学生工作者进行访谈，探索学生厌学行为在中职院校的具体表现，并分析得出学生厌学行为背后的影响原因主要包括四大方面，一是学生个人方面，包括学生对职业教育的不当认知，学生对学习目标的不当设置、对学习计划的错误设计，学生应激方式不合适以及未能合理调节情绪等问题；二是学校...; The learning behavior in vocational schools is a universal phenomenon.
