| 英文摘要 | 当前我国许多城市都存在着水资源短缺严重制约社会经济可持续性发展的问题，积极推进污水资源化处理，提高城市再生水利用水平，日益引起了国家高度重视。作为海峡西岸经济区中心城市的厦门，属于资源性和水质型缺水城市，同时也面临着水环境质量恶化的局面，大力发展城市污水再生利用对节约城市水资源和改善城市水体环境具有重要的意义。厦门市的城市再生水利用目标任务艰巨，在“十二五”末期要达到《“十二五”全国城镇污水处理及再生利用设施建设规划》规定的“2015年城镇污水处理设施再生水利用率达到15%以上”，目前距离目标值的差距还比较大。就现状来看，城市再生水利用的技术层面问题已基本解决，影响到再生水利用的主要有：城市再...; Nowadays water shortage has severely restrained the sustainable development of social economy in many Chinese cities.
