| 英文摘要 | 历史制度主义是当前社会科学领域的一个重要研究范式。利用其作为分析框架就可以了解深圳市政府机构设立之初时的环境和背景，找出深圳政府机构变迁的动力和机制，以形成深圳政府机构改革的整体性图景。本文以深圳八次政府机构改革为研究对象，总结深圳政府机构改革的成效和不足，为当前中国政府机构改革所存在的弊端提供合理化解释，并就下一步改革提出建议。 正文分为以下四个部分。第一部分：对深圳政府机构改革的历史进程进行分段，并根据历史制度主义理论对每一时段制度的特征进行分析，为随后的研究提供论述依据。第二部分：总结深圳政府机构改革的成效,并提出深圳政府机构改革对于我国中央、其他地方政府机构改革的借鉴意义。第三部分，...; Historical institutionalism serves as an important research paradigm in the current field of social sciences.
