| 英文摘要 | 当前中国新型城镇化道路的建设面临着户籍制度改革、土地征收制度改革滞后的缺陷，二元化的户籍制度和土地制度引起了众多的社会矛盾纠纷。要解决农村土地征收制度和户籍制度之间不匹配引发的集体经济组织成员资格界定纠纷、农村集体土地征收补偿范围、标准、程序不规范以及农村集体建设用地与城市国有建设用地存在的同地不同权、同地不同价等问题，就必须厘清土地征收制度与户籍制度这两者之间的逻辑关系，以及在实践中总结经验，以便为完善土地征收背景下的户籍制度改革提供有益参考。 本文第一部分简要的介绍了研究的背景与意义、研究方法，详细地分析归纳户籍制度研究相关文献四个方面的特点；总结了土地征收制度研究的主题内容并就目前的研...; At present, China face the defects of household registration system reform and land expropriation system reform, which have triggered many social contradiction disputes.
